The Traveling Exhibitions Coordinator is instrumental in supporting the development and implementation of Art Bridges’ Traveling Exhibitions program. This role involves coordinating various aspects of traveling exhibitions including project management, scheduling, logistics, communications, and data management. The Traveling Exhibitions Coordinator will work closely with the Traveling Exhibitions Manager, Director of Collections and Exhibitions, and the registration team to ensure smooth operations and the success of projects in their portfolio, playing a key role in fostering collection sharing, innovative exhibition and program design, and collaborative partnership building.

Physical demands: Position requires using a computer and telephone for prolonged periods of time, good eye/hand coordination, verbal, and written conversation with others, and lifting/carrying up to 30 lbs. Vision abilities required by the job include close vision.
Work environment: Work will be performed in an office environment, museum spaces, and in communities served. Occasional evening and weekend hours may be required. Work hours during normal activities are 8-5, Monday through Friday, in the Art Bridges offices.
