Art Bridges Foundation is the vision of philanthropist and arts patron Alice Walton. Since 2017, Art Bridges has created and supported projects that bring outstanding works of American art out of storage and into communities. The Research and Evaluation Specialist, COVES, supports Art Bridges’ national audience research initiative, which includes a growing network of more than 85 museums. This role manages relationships with participating museums, helping them to interpret and apply their visitor data. The specialist also works collaboratively with Crystal Bridges Center for Audience Research and Evaluation (CARE), on responsibilities including partner site outreach, data collection tracking, onboarding of new sites, renewal of existing sites, and accurate maintenance of data about and from the program.
This position plays an instrumental role in supporting and managing an expanding portfolio of participating museums and demonstrates success in data management, providing ongoing 1-1 support to program participants, and project management. The specialist ensures that museum partners are empowered to use their data effectively, and that insights are translated into meaningful impact. The role also reflects a commitment to expanding access to art, with skills in designing and leading equity-focused evaluation projects and working with diverse stakeholders to meet their data needs.

Work Environment: Work is performed full-time (Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.) in a professional, climate-controlled office environment with standard office equipment, including computers, printers, and telephones. This role requires working in an open setting near colleagues. The noise level is typically low to moderate. The role also requires regular interaction with both the public and internal team members in a professional and courteous manner. Some travel will be required, including overnight trips on occasion. A flexible schedule may be necessary to accommodate business needs, including occasional evening and weekend work hours.
